MEMBERSHIP in the Society is open to any individual with an interest in the history of the Texas court system. The Society's 400 current members include past and present members of the judiciary,  private and public attorneys, university faculty, and members of the general public.  See below for the various levels of membership and the benefits associated with each level.

Annual membership
Individual membership may be held at one of the following categories:
 
Regular Membership - $50

Annual fellow membership
An individual may become a Fellow in the Society through an annual payment at either of the following categories:

Hemphill Fellow - $5000
  • Autographed Complimentary Hardback Copy of Society Publications 
  • Complimentary Preferred Individual Seating and Recognition in Program at Annual Hemphill Dinner 
  • All Benefits of Greenhill Fellow
Greenhill Fellow - $2500
  • Complimentary Admission to Annual Fellows Reception
  • Complimentary Hardback Copy of Society Publications
